PROCESS:
​
-Tear-off the existing roof
-Replace rotten plywood (if necessary)
-Re-nail plywood with 2 1/2 inch nails
-Install 30 pound asphaltic paper with asphalt roofing roll with tin tag and nails 1 ¼
-Install Timberline GAF Shingles
-Install all LED pipe, drip edge 3/3 and valley metal
-Sweep entire yard, including shrubs, with magnet to find and remove all old nails and new screws
-Remove all debris from premises

PROCESS:
​
-Tear-off the existing roof (including all materials; 30LB roll, 90LB, tiles, lead pipe boots, galvanized metal vent stacks, and valley metal)
-Replace rotten plywood (if necessary)
-Re-nail plywood with 2 1/2 inch nails
-Install 30 pound asphaltic paper with asphalt roofing roll with tin tag and nails 1 ¼
-Hot mop 90LB or polystick

-Install tiles with foam A and foam B
-Install all LED pipe, drip edge 3/3 and valley metal
​
-Install galvanized metal 26 gauge flashing
​
-Flashing white Epoxy Paint
-Sweep entire yard, including shrubs, with magnet to find and remove all old nails and new screws
-Remove all debris from premises
PROCESS:
​
-Tear-off the entire existing roof (including all materials; 30LB roll, 90LB roofing tiles, lead pipe boots, galvanized metal vent stacks, and valley metal) down to the wood roof deck
​
- Replace rotten plywood (if necessary)
​
- Re Nail plywood with 2 ½ inch nails
​
- Install 30LB roofing roll with tin tag and nails 1 ¼
​
- Install GAF versa shield fire barrier
​
- Install Standing Seam metal panel
​
- Sweep entire yard, including shrubs, with magnet to find and remove all old nails and
new screws
​
- Remove all debris from premises
PROCESS:
-Tear-off the entire existing roof (including all materials, Base Sheet 75LB roll roofing, R-20 roofing roll, Cap sheet, lead pipe boots, galvanized metal vent stacks, and valley metal)
​
-Replace all the rotten plywood
​
-Re nail plywood with 2 ½ inch nails
​
-Install newly-felted roof deck 75 pound with nails 1 1/4 inch and tin tag
​
-Install R-20
​
-Solidly hot-mop newly-felted roof deck with premium single-ply cap sheet roll roofing
​
-Install drip edge 3/3” gooseneck and all flashing.
​
-Sweep entire yard, including shrubs, with magnet to find and remove all old nails and new screws, Remove all debris from premises
